  Perhaps NEOCITIES _can_ be my CMS. 
  
  Can it?
  
  There's no processing. It's all just html.
  
  There are two problems I have here:
  
    - I resist writing in html. I resist writin html tags. 
      They make text too ugly. I realy don't know. I like pure text.
      
    - There's no processing for indexes.
    
    
  But maybe I should accept the limitations. Take the time and
